One of the delights of a visit to Uganda is the often spontaneous and good-humoured spirit of the people. Moreover, their colourful dresses make them a great sight when travelling through the country.
One of the highlights of our trip to Uganda was a visit to a local school. With such a young population, it is no wonder there are so many schools around, and we felt very welcome when we decided to walk into one of them. We were soon greeted by the school kids singing for us, while the teacher took us for a dance in front of the students. They were asked some questions and eagerly answered where they could. We left the building in high spirits, and wished them all a bright future.
