The city's best known landmark, the Duomo is a must-see on a visit to Milan.
The bad thing about famous sights is, that they attract lots of visitors. If you want to see those famous places, it is often best to go as early as possible. That's why I decided to leave early for a visit to the Duomo in Milan. Indeed, when I arrived at the square, I was one of the few people around. The Duomo loomed large over the square with its unmistakeable Gothic architecture.
