Eating out is another thing: of course famous for its enormous consumption of beef, the Argentine cuisine is lucky enough to have a combination of mediterranean influences, and it is almost impossible to have a disappointing dinner in Buenos Aires. For both watching tango and eating out, there is one thing to keep in mind: start out late! Even when going out far after midnight it is on most evenings perfectly possible that you have to wait for a table. After dinner there are of course the numerous discotheques, sometimes huge complexes, where you can dance until the sun is already a long way up.
