Paris appeals to anyone's imagination. City of romance, city of culinary delights, city of majestic architecture.
A beautiful time to visit is in spring, when trees blossom, when flowers are everywhere, and where love is in the air almost literally. The weather can already be very pleasant in April, the last time I visited this capital. There is such an overwhelming amount of things to do, it is almost impossibile to even start naming them. Visiting museums, the Versailles Palace, Champs Elysées, or even going up the Eiffel Tower (expect waiting times!) can be all time well spent. Just walking around the typical quarters, admiring the elegant architecture and strolling along the borders of the River Seine are all part of any visit to Paris. I remember that after my first visit my feet hurt for days on end - visiting Paris inevitably requires a lot of walking.
