Paris appeals to anyone's imagination. City of romance, city of culinary delights, city of majestic architecture.
One of my favourite museums in this city is Rodin, sometimes overlooked and skipped for its greater brothers Louvre and Orsay. For me, the attraction of Rodin is its peaceful atmosphere, the fact that the museum includes some very pleasant gardens, and of course the smooth, at times almost soft statues that are part of the collection. Another attraction in Paris are the many creperies, stalls where you can get crepes (thin pancakes) with almost anything on it. Which can only be a prelude to the thousands of places where a tasteful French lunch or dinner can be enjoyed. My last visit to Paris was a prelude to something else - the Paris Marathon.
